How is this different from Google Flights?Google shows you prices for the dates you specify. We pick the cheapest dates for you across an entire month — and we let you book directly with one click. Google sends you to airline sites. What's the $15 service fee?It covers our cost of booking the airline ticket on your behalf. Most travel agents charge $5–20 per ticket or a percentage of the fare. We use a flat $15. Pro members pay $0. What happens if my booking fails?Your card is refunded in full automatically within minutes. The airline ticket is only issued when payment succeeds — you're never charged for a ticket that doesn't exist. Can I get a refund? The $15 service fee is refundable within 24h, as long as the ticket hasn't been issued yet (usually within seconds of payment). The airline ticket itself follows the fare's own rules — refundable, non-refundable, change fee, etc. — which we surface clearly before you book. Do I need an account? No. We auto-create a lightweight account when you book (just an email), with magic-link sign-in if you want to come back. Single sweeps are fully anonymous. Why isn't Southwest in my results?Southwest sells exclusively through its own website. They don't make their inventory available to any third-party booking platform. If you want Southwest fares, you'll have to check southwest.com directly. How do referrals work?Every paying customer gets a unique referral link. When someone uses it to book or to subscribe to Pro, half of our cut goes to your account credit. Credit applies to your next booking or subscription. Is my passenger data safe?Yes. Passenger names and dates of birth are encrypted at rest (AES-256). We share what we have to with the airline to issue your ticket — name, DOB, gender, lead passenger contact — and nothing more. We never store payment card details; those go directly to our payment processor. What about airline schedule changes? If your airline changes your schedule, we get a webhook and email you within minutes. For v1, you'll respond by replying to that email and we'll process the change manually. In-app schedule change handling is coming in v1.1.
